Pittadjis Electric provides delivery throughout the Famagusta and Larnaca areas.
Delivery to locations outside these areas may be available for orders exceeding €500, subject to prior arrangement.
An additional delivery charge may apply depending on the destination, order size and delivery requirements. Where applicable, this will be communicated before delivery is arranged.
Delivery dates and times may depend on product availability, location and scheduling.
Customers should inform us of stairs, restricted entrances or other access conditions that may affect the delivery of large appliances.

9. Receiving Your Order
Customers should inspect delivered products within a reasonable time and notify us promptly if an item appears to be incorrect, damaged or incomplete.
If possible, visible delivery damage should be brought to our attention at the time of delivery.
Please retain relevant purchase documentation, particularly where it may be required for warranty or after-sales support.

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable Cyprus and European Union consumer legislation.

Products purchased from Pittadjis Electric are supplied with the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, where provided.

Customers experiencing a problem with a product purchased from us are encouraged to contact our team for assistance.
12. Repairs & Servicing
Pittadjis Electric also provides appliance repair, maintenance and technical services.
Our repair services are not limited to appliances purchased from Pittadjis Electric. We may service and repair appliances from a wide range of brands, subject to technical feasibility and the availability of required parts.
Out-of-warranty repairs, parts, labour, transportation or other services may be subject to charges.
Where appropriate, customers will be informed about applicable charges or repair options.

13. Spare Parts
We supply spare parts for various household appliances and brands, subject to availability.
Customers should provide the correct brand and model number whenever possible.
We cannot guarantee compatibility when incomplete or incorrect appliance information has been provided by the customer.

Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activities conducted through your account.
Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
